Ubaydli Ubaydli holds Diploma in Mathematics from the American University of Beirut.
During the period (1982-1986), Ubaydli established with a group of Arab researchers and media scholars the first Arab spot specialized in Arab periodicals, chaired the periodical's liberation between 1984-1986, and then established with a group of Bahraini investors the journal Science Horizons and chaired its editorial during the period 1995-2000.
Professional Experiences:
1970 -Freelancer journalist working for Arabic newspapers and magazines, such as "Al-Safeer"(Lebanese),"AlHadaf" (Palestinian), and " Al-Wasat "(Bahrain) ,"Arab Alyawm" (Jordanian), “Alroya” Omanis.
1995 –2000 Established the magazine “Scientific horizons” Founded by a group of investors andwas editor-in-Chief.
1995 -Founded with a group of Bahraini investors and academics Al-Nadeem IT, and he is the CEO of the Company.
2001-Founded with a group of Bahraini businessmen Alwsat for publishing and printing and distribution and was a member of the Board of directors until 2011.
Participated in Arabic and international workshops, and conferences, mainly in Knowledge base economy.

- Founder and the Chairman of the Arab ICT Union.
- Founder and member of the Bahrain Internet society.
- Founder and President of the Association for technical (BTECH).
- Member of the Board of Trustees of the Ibn Khaldoon Bahrain national school.
DR. HAZEM AL TAHAWI

Graduated from Cairo University, faculty of Engineering (Electronics and Communication) in 1976, he got his Master and PhD Degrees, Microelectronics specialization in 1982 and 1987 respectively from National Polytechnic Institute, Grenoble France.
Professional Experience in :
- A co-founder of Anacad (a company specialized in Analog Design and CAD tools). Mentor Graphics acquired Anacad in 1994, where he became the WW AMS Engineering Director as well as Anacad General Manager.
- Analog and Mixed Signal design and EDA (Electronic Design Automation) tools and applications; Embedded System design and applications; Verification and design of Test for Analog design.
- He is interest also in Information Technology Management System, Software Development Process and Methodology as well as Technology Management system. Recently Mentor Graphics is contributing massively on AI/ML and IoT development applications.
His Social Contributions :
- A member and cooperative member of different organizations such as IEEE (Circuit & System, Computer Society, Design and Test, Embedded System, Management and Quality Control), EITESAL, AmCham, CIT, SEBA, SECC, Engineering Chamber (Electronics section), ASTF (Arab Science & Technology Foundation) that are working to promote Innovation and support the development of Technology Ecosystem in the region.
- Chairman of board of EITESAL (Egyptian Information, Telecommunication, Electronics and Software Alliance), the unique NGO in Egypt responsible of promoting and support
ICT technology & business development in Egypt.
- Vice President of the Arab ICT Union.
- A member of the ITAC (Information Technology Academia Cooperation) Steering committee where he is interest to support ICT innovation and technology development in Egypt.

Al Hujairy holds an executive MBA (Distinguished Honours) from DePaul University, Chicago, USA.
B.Sc. degree of Electrical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals.

- Chairman and Group CEO of Gulf Future Business (GFB). GFB Group of Companies includes: ThinkSmart For Training, TechoSmart for ICT Services, and WorkSmart for Events Management.
- Has extensive experience in a range of fields including Telecommunications, Banking, Government, Information Technology and Business Analysis
- He began his career with Riyad Bank, Saudi Arabia and subsequently worked with Batelco and Asia Computers before joining the Health Information Directorate where he attained the post of IT Director.
